Often a certified business coach will be called in to help create a plan for change. Or, as part of a business consulting session, you have suggested some changes to the way a business operates.

Bill wants to show business owners and senior executives how to dramatically increase their performance in both their business and personal life. He also is a strong believer of setting business goals which are SMART (Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely).

Bill Ritchie is a Certified Business Coach and a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales. Bill has worked in Industry for over 25 years both as a senior manager and latterly as a freelance accountant. He has worked for British Sugar and Arthur Andersen and has worked in financial institutions in the city of London such as Natwest Markets (part of RBS group), BZW (part of Barclays Bank Group) and private equity houses including the Klesch Group. He brings a wealth of accounting and banking skills to the table combined with his coaching training to bring effective solutions to clients.
