We solve issues and turn problems into opportunities.  Our coaching is designed to integrate with your company to serve as that trusted partner who, with an unbiased eye, can identify ways to enhance your business.

I have worked 30 years in the IT field.  My focus has been consulting with companies to turnaround difficult and problematic programs and projects, where I have had great success.  IT has the advantage of touching on all aspects of a business.  I was already coaching businesses, while in an IT focus.  This led me naturally to business coaching.
