Darryl is an insightful, solutions-oriented business performance coach; trained and certified through Brian Tracy and FocalPoint. Known as a strategic planner, a collaborative partner, and an adaptable consultant, Darryl's background includes sales, marketing, engineering,  manufacturing, facilities and environmental health and safety.  He has proven ability to help business owners and stakeholders clarify vision, develop the right strategy, and achieve success.

Darryl has over 25 years of corporate experience with leadership roles working for General Motors, GE and most recently Panasonic. While at Panasonic, Darryl was responsible for a business unit that sold car audio products to GM, Ford, Nissan and VW. His team grew this business from zero to $80M in a five year period. For this achievement, Darryl was presented with the Panasonic Director’s Sales Award.

When not working on his business, Darryl likes to golf, run, read, travel and volunteer in his community.
