My goal is to deliver to Entrepreneurs, Business Owners and Executives a positive, professional and rewarding experience that allows them to achieve everything they truly deserve from their business. Working together we achieve personal balance and business excellence by maximizing personal performance and knowledge.

James has twenty plus years of experience in Leadership, Management, Sales, Processing, Audit, Training and Teaching and Information Technology. His career has seen him work in Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Banking, Items Processing, and Legal organizations. Some of his roles have included certified Tool and Die Maker, Internal QS9000/ISO9001 Auditor, Retail Store Manager, Technology Consultant, Director of Infrastructure Services, and Director of Service Delivery.

In his spare time James is an avid golfer and a runner who has completed numerous half and full marathons and recently climbed the worlds largest free standing mountain, Mt Kilimanjaro and went on an African Safari.
