My Mission is to contribute to the Maritimes in a way that business owners have the skills, the tools, and the courage to build their business and their lives here and that they are inspired to create the same opportunities and environment for other like-minded people.

Jim is a seasoned business professional with abroad range of business experience at the Profit and Loss level.  With more than 30 years experience developing sales, operations and organizational teams and infrastructure, Jim has learned how profits are created in a business and how a business’s products and services create those profits. His expertise lies in his ability to take underperforming assets and nurture them to greater profitability.

An avid sports fan, Jim has lived in Quispamsis for the last 18 years after returning from Calgary via Toronto. Jim and his wife Mollie are empty nesters as their daughter Faith lives in Amherst N.S. and works for the YMCA. And their son Andrew is at university taking business and “the goalie” for the R.M.C. Hockey Paladins in Kingston Ontario.
