John’s passion is to help business leaders and owners achieve their full potential. He is relentless in enhancing the profitability of small to medium sized businesses. He has a proven track record of success in sales, marketing and strategic business planning, having delivered outstanding results throughout his career.

As your business coach John will insist you lead and grow your business.  He will guide your understanding and implementation of proven business concepts, which are guaranteed to deliver a ROE and ROI. He will work with you to develop plans in key areas related to achieving more success, such as leadership, organization, goal setting, sales, marketing, productivity, growth, and execution.

John is a certified FocalPoint Business Coach.  The content for the FocalPoint coaching program was developed by Brian Tracy, world renowned author, speaker and recognized leader for coaching entrepreneurs as well as large corporations.  John chose to become a FocalPoint Business Coach because he believes strongly in Brian Tracy’s strategies, tactics and methodologies. Combining John’s passion and experience with Brian Tracy’s tested and proven system will provide outstanding value to his clients.

In The Corporate World

John has over fifteen combined years’ experience with Mobil Oil, Armor Holdings Int’l and BAE Systems. He has assisted these companies in achieving and exceeding their corporate goals by providing leadership in the highly competitive commercial B2B markets. He is known for his tenacity in securing new business, innovating products and services, and distribution channel business growth planning.

He has served in many ancillary sales and leadership training assignments.  Building loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners both internal and external is John’s forte.

In The Community

John is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. While in the Navy he was awarded the William G. Whitehurst Leadership Award. He obtained his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Business School. John is the Shawnee District Commissioner for the North Florida Council of Boy Scouts of America. He also serves as a board member for the Jacksonville Chapter of USNAA, and is active in volunteer roles with Chets Creek Church. His coaching crew includes soul mate Teresa, son J.R., daughter Rachel, and dog Wonder.
