Biography:

John brings 28 years of Strategic Business Development with proven results and experience in overcoming the challenges in all business cycles from start up, growth, success and market decline.

Instrumental in growing Creative Environments from $7.5MM to $42.0MM in 7 years by established standard operating procedures and key performance indicators tied to performance compensation plans with the team and company goals.  Performed and implemented creative strategies in Marketing, Advertising and Promotions which ultimately increased leads, sales and branded company as dominate leader in the industry.

Lead the start up of Creative Environments Maintenance Services in 2001 growing business to almost $3.0MM recurring revenue by 2007 by leveraging relationships, our name and customer service.

Partner-VP Training & Development at Sentinel Technologies, influential in helping Microsoft-Southwest exceed quotas for new MCP & MCSE certifications.

Co owner & GM developed CENTURY 21 office into #1 office in AZ in size and production and #16 out of more than 6000 offices nationally by creating unique selling benefits to realtors.

Enjoys reading books on business leadership, working out, golf, boating, water and snow skiing, giving to charities/ministries, time with my wife and 3 children.
