At Shaw Creative Works, Inc. and FocalPoint Business Coaching we are devoted to helping business people discover powerful, winning, and innovative tools and tactics.  We partner with them to clarify their vision, to set, achieve, and exceed their goals, and to create breakthrough strategies that will transform their businesses and their lives.   All that we do is driven by our passion to serve others, our pledge of integrity, and our promise of excellence. 

I founded Shaw Creative Works, Inc. after thirty fulfilling years in business, serving in Senior Executive roles with Liberty Mutual Group, Unitrin, and Safeco.  As a leader in General Management, Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Service, my mission was to team with the owners and leaders of large and small businesses to win together.  I was also an innovative leader for Dun & Bradstreet and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, working with small business owners in performance analysis and business development, and I previously founded a successful consulting firm.  Better yet, I married my high-school sweetheart and we have three terrific sons, an amazing daughter-in-law, and a wonderful grandson.  When not coaching, I love time with my family, eclectic music, an intriguing book, and a fish on the line.
