My Bio

Kurt has worked with successful business owners and leaders in southwestern Connecticut, particularly the Stamford, Norwalk & Bridgeport corridor.  It has been recognized a strong small business community is critical to the local economy’s health and by partnering with Kurt, his coaching clients ensure this strength. 

Having been a powerful driver for organizational improvement in financial and operational execution, for more than 20 years, Kurt has worked with business leaders, in companies big and small, defining goals, planning execution strategies and delivering successful and lasting positive change.  Through these efforts his clients have found better results and have improved both their business and personal lives.  He is an expert in payment technologies, e-commerce, customer care, order fulfillment, product sourcing and international logistics.  In addition, Kurt has managed product launches, new business integration and marketing promotions, across new and traditional media.

Working at such industry leading companies as Time Inc’s Synapse Group and M2 Media Group, an Inc. 5000 Company (2008 & 2009) has given Kurt world-class experience in business.  While carrying out his past duties, Kurt developed breakout initiatives while teaming with organizations such as Bank of America, Barnes and Noble, Sears, Group on and The Hearst Corporation.
