WHO WE SERVE We serve businesses that are approximately 5 to 25 employees in size and are passionately committed to improving their organization. WHAT WE DO We specialize in rapidly improving the sales, profitability and cash flow of organizations. The content and systems of FocalPoint allow us to achieve this while simultaneously improving the time and effort required for these results. ABOUT RICHARD SCOTT Richard brings a unique blend of skills to his coaching practice. He is an accomplished entrepreneur and businessman with a real passion for making a difference. Richard inspires others to higher levels of performance according to their core values. He is has the ability to analyze challenges and opportunities within organizations, and then work with clients to develop and execute plans that create meaningful change improvement. Richard has had a successful business background with over 15 years of sales, marketing and leadership experience. He co-founded and grew a commercial finance firm from start-up in 2000, to number one in Western Canada by 2005 and then successfully managed the sale and transition of the company in 2006. He is passionate about continuous learning and has studied some of the greats including Brian Tracy, Stephen Covey, and Napoleon Hill. He received the Top Graduate Award from UBCs Sauder School of Business for their Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management. When he isn't working with clients, Richard enjoys skiing, running, coaching soccer and most of all, time spent with his wife Tricia, and their two children Evan and Anna.
