Ronan's mission is "Profitability, Productivity, Possibility." Quite simply his goal is to help build you a more profitable business and a more effective and productive business. And most importantly for him to enable you to achieve goals you never believed were possible.

Ronan's specialty is in the area of sales and marketing. Commencing his career 23 years ago with Proctor and Gamble, where he won salesman of the year award. He went on to with this award at Wranger Jeans (Part of the VF Corporation) and Hallmark Cards.

He has worked at every level of sales and business development. Before setting up his own business he was involved in a new business start up within a large Irish owned group. He helped grow this business from start up to €20m in 5 years.

Now his passion is in working with business owners and senior managers, and enabling them to achieve the success they want.

His hobby is personal development and ongoing learning. He has a passion to develop his coaching business in to being the No.1 for delivering results.
