My Bio

Rupert is a Business Coach in Richmond, BC and focuses his efforts on making business in his city more profitable and systemically sustainable for the benefit of the local community.  His passion is helping ambitious business people to live the life that they want to live, to create the businesses that they always dreamed of and to create great jobs for others in the process.

Prior to moving into full-time coaching Rupert has had a varied career in sectors as diverse as Banking, Printing, Consultancy and the Military.  He has worked in small entrepreneurial businesses and large corporations and has experienced the strengths and weaknesses of both.  Along with the FocalPoint system he brings a raft of personal successes and lessons to the table.  His passion is for team sports and the great outdoors both on land and water.
