My Bio

Here’s a story from the field that’s not uncommon, but just surfaced again earlier this week. Like the common cold, this story comes and goes, with hot spots throughout the country here and there at any given time.

My vision is to help small and medium sized business owners optimize their business to yield maximum profits and highest customer satisfaction through proven coaching techniques.

I have been a successful operations and supply chain director at several large companies including General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Lanier Worldwide, Trane International and ATC Aerospace.  I have been a consultant for Cincom Systems (ERP systems) and Corbus International.  I have extensive international experience in France, England, Singapore, Thailand, China and India - serving as Customer Support Manager to India and Pakistan while with GE.

My background is mostly aerospace, but have also worked in digital imaging and HVAC industries.  In most recent years I have been Director of Business Development for ATC Aerospace - a third party provider of logistics services for aerospace original equipment manufacturers.  I have extensive experience in dealing with both commercial and military customers and am familiar with FAR and DFAR regulations.
