My Vision

To build a team of FocalPoint Certified Coaches throughout Texas that will not only provide solutions, to their clients; but with the coaches passion, breakthrough strategies, innovative tools and tactics they will lead their clients to transform their businesses and lives by achieving not only their goals, but their potential, faster than they ever thought possible.

My Bio

After a few years in the Military where I learned many life lessons, I began a career in Public Accounting, where I also learned many things, and found great opportunity for growth. I accepted a position with a client company as their Chief Financial Officer. Also a rewarding position, but at some point I realized that my family’s welfare, and my happiness might be achieved faster by going into business for myself. I took that leap, and become a Franchisee of a Retail System; I went on to development three locations with that Franchisor.

After much success I was pursued by the Franchisor to join the Company as Director of Operations, then VP of Operations, then SVP, and finally I was named President and CEO. During my career as a Franchisor I served on a number of International Franchise Association committees, including a number of years on the “Franchisee Relations Committee”.

When that Franchisor was acquired I was free to search for another Franchise I could “fall in love with”, and it turned out to be FocalPoint. Today I am the Area Developer for Texas.
