FocalPoint Business Coaching, powered by Brian Tracy has been in operation since 2005, and now boasts 70 Business Coaches and 8 Area Developers in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Ireland, and Indonesia.

All of these coaches are focused on coaching, mentoring and training local businesspeople to create jobs and businesses that they love.

Steve leads the sales and marketing efforts of the company which includes sales of Area Developer Franchises and Coaching Franchises. Steve also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the company.

Steve’s working career spans back to his father’s 3 successful Automotive Franchise companies (Mazda, Mercedes and BMW).

After a number of successful corporate and entrepreneurial pursuits, Steve became a Co-founder in the Canadian Area Developer franchise for the international business coaching company, Action International.

As the Canadian Area Developer franchise, he was responsible for several roles, including Director of National Sales and Marketing. With the responsibility for Franchise Sales, Steve led his team to grow sales from start-up to 92 Business Coaches sold in four years of operation.

In 2004, Steve Thompson and Brian Tracy created “FocalPoint Business Coaching powered by Brian Tracy“.
