Tim is dedicated to the success and organization effectiveness of his clients through the provision of highly effective leadership coaching services and proven organization development, change management and human resource leadership methodologies.

Tim is an energetic and results-oriented leadership development coach and organization effectiveness consultant. He has a broad and deep base of expertise in strategic planning, organization development, change leadership and human resource management working in both corporate and consulting roles within diverse industries, both for profit and not-for-profit. Tim is an avid sports fan, fisherman and movie goer. He volunteers in a variety of non-profit organizations, co-leads contemporary worship at his church and especially enjoys spending time with his family.
