Mike is a certified FocalPoint Business Coach who has a passion for helping business leaders and entrepreneurs achieve their full potential, and is dedicated to enhancing the profitability and effectiveness of small to medium sized businesses. He has a proven track record of success in marketing, product development, project management and strategic business planning. Mike leads the FocalPoint Reach division of FocalPoint Coaching.
Mike has over 18 years of experience with leading corporations such as Accenture and Toshiba and his work includes consulting projects with clients such as Mazda, Honda, Toyota, BAX Global and Unocal. Mike has a successful track record of leading major change initiatives such as building the first internet based ecommerce system in the copier industry, and launching a brand new automotive research website called MyRide.com while at Autobytel.
Tim focuses on marketing, branding and business strategy for emerging and established organizations. His firm, Fix, Build & Drive, helps clients grow by engaging customers through brand differentiation and by creating a brand promise that matters.
In addition to his consulting work, Tim is an active blogger and popular public speaker.
A veteran executive in consumer marketing, Tim spent 23 years in the packaged goods industry. He started his marketing career with Nestle USA and has since worked in product management on premium brands including Nestle Quik, Tree Top Apple Juice, Mauna Loa Macadamias and Meguiar’s Car Wax. Tim was most recently Vice President of Marketing for a private equity owned food company in Southern California.
Katie spent 15 years as a television and radio journalist, working for news outlets all over the world, including ABC, CBS, Fox, CNN & National Public Radio. As a professional storyteller, Katie knows how to engage an audience and build credibility, and she believes those skills are just as valuable for business owners as they are for journalists.
In addition to her work in the news media, Katie has appeared in dozens of commercials, educational videos and websites, and has had columns published in major newspapers and blogs.
Today, Katie owns a social media agency, Katie Wagner Social Media, made up of former journalists like herself. They help their clients engage customers on social media, by uncovering the stories behind the work they do. The agency, Katie Wagner Social Media, works with clients like Senegence International, Paul’s TV, Anthem Blue Cross and Groupon.
