FocalPoint International offers two distinct franchise options, a Master Franchise or a Business Coaching Franchise. Master Franchisees invest in geographical territories and are responsible for recruiting Business Coaching Franchisees within their territories. Business Coaching Franchisees deliver Brian Tracy International’s business coaching content directly to end customers, the business owners and professionals who are receiving the benefits of one-on-one, long-term coaching.

Master Franchise (Area Developer)
Master Franchisees are the leaders within their territories and FocalPoint International, as well as Brian Tracy International, depends upon master franchisees to grow their territories by recruiting Business Coaching Franchisees who will deliver Brian Tracy’s FocalPoint business coaching throughout the Master Franchisees’ territories. Master Franchisees make a reasonable investment in their territories. In a sprit of partnership with Master Franchisees, FocalPoint International will finance up to 50% of this initial investment at 0% interest and without scheduled monthly payments. Master Franchisees repay the 50% financed balance of their initial investment from a portion of the Initial Franchise Fees that Master Franchisees collect as they recruit Business Coaching Franchisees in their territories. Master Franchisees keep the lion’s share of the royalty fee paid by each Business Coaching Franchisee in their territories.

Master Franchisees may recruit up to one Business Coaching Franchisee per 50,000 in population within their territories, enabling Master Franchisees to choose the size of territories in which they are comfortable with the amount of their INITIAL investment, and at the same time, are attracted by the potential return on investment they can receive based upon the size of their territories.

FocalPoint Business Coaching Franchisees are the faces and voices of Brian Tracy’s FocalPoint business coaching franchise. Business Coaching Franchisees deliver Brian Tracy International’s coaching content and methodologies directly to business owners and professionals. The Business Coaching Franchisee is not limited to any of the defined territory, even though the vast majority of their coaching engagements will usually be located within the local territory of the Master Franchisee who recruited them.

Business Coaching Franchisees make a modest investment to establish their independently owned and operated FocalPoint Business Coaching Franchise.The initial investment is dedicated to an initial Franchise Fee, pre in-house training, an intensive in-house training program at FocalPoint International’s corporate headquarters and a comprehensive 6-week post-training in-field support program designed to get Business Coaching Franchisees businesses up and running as quickly and effectively as possible. In addition, the investment includes access to FocalPoint International’s extensive Intranet and adding the new Business Coaching Franchisee to the FocalPoint International Website. Importantly, a large portion of the investment is fully dedicated to a Fast-Start Marketing Campaign designed to get new Business Coaching Franchisees as many clients as possible, as quickly as possible.

Business Coaching Franchisees pay a fixed royalty beginning the fourth month after the completion of in-house training. This royalty is a flat rate, rather than charging a royalty based on a percentage of gross total monthly revenue, coaches who are aggressive and bring on a higher number of clients than the more average coaches aren’t penalized for their success by being forced to pay a higher amount in royalties; the flat rate royalty is more equitable. Business Coaching Franchisees earn revenue from the monthly coaching fees they charge the business owners and professionals for weekly, one-on-one, long-term coaching. In addition, Business Coaching Franchisees can bring up to three associate coaches into their franchise businesses, thus quadrupling the number of clients a franchise can comfortably coach, as well as increasing revenue proportionally.
