FocalPoint Coaching Celebrates Franchise Award Winners 2020

(Vancouver, BC - June 2, 2020) One of the world’s leading business coaching franchises, FocalPoint Coaching and Training, honored its' top franchisees for business coaching excellence at the FocalPoint International Virtual Conference held April 22-24, 2020. These awards recognize the coaches who have exemplified the FocalPoint Culture as the company continues to be the pebble on the pond for business owners, their families, their communities, and the world at large.


Campbell Fraser Award for Coaching Excellence – Art Locke, Texas

The Campbell Fraser Award for Excellence in Business Coaching is awarded to a Business Coach who has received consistently high client feedback scores and testimonials, and who has demonstrated the ability to create significant impact for the businesses they serve while using the coaching material to the maximum extent.

Brian Tracy Award for Sales Excellence - Todd Eppert, Ohio

One of FocalPoint’s marquee awards, the Brian Tracy Award is named for FocalPoint’s founder, Brian Tracy and recognizes excellence in the FocalPoint methodology of sales. This award goes to the FocalPoint Coach who exemplifies the use of FocalPoint’s professional process and has leveraged it to acquire the most clients over the past 12 months.

Coaching Practice of the Year Award – Dan Creed, Arizona

This award recognizes the coach who best exemplifies a mix of coaching and business-building excellence. This award takes into account innovation in the building of a coach’s practice as well as client testimonials and client success.

Territory of the Year Award – Marc Cote, Massachusetts

The Area Representative of the Year Award recognizes the top recruiter and supporter of coaches amongst all FocalPoint Areas.

Rookie of the Year Award – Joe Blackburn, Illinois

This distinguished award recognizes the top-performing new FocalPoint Coach. This global award recognizes the FocalPoint Business Coach who has exceeded their own expectations and built the largest or most impactful practice in the 12 months following their initial FocalPoint Business Coach training.

Alvin Law Award for Perseverance - Mark Allen, Ohio & Stacie Rippert, Ohio

This award is named for motivational speaker and friend of FocalPoint, Alvin Law, recognizing a FocalPoint Business Coach who has persevered through significant challenges to build their coaching business to a higher level of success.

Kaizen Award - Pam Hargis, Florida & Lisa Levesque, Massachusetts

Kaizen is the Japanese word for constant and never-ending improvement. The Business Coach who wins this award has shown personal tenacity and discipline by consistently working on their knowledge and skills.

Innovation Award - Kerrie Hoffman, Wisconsin

FocalPoint’s Innovation of the Year award recognizes a business coach whose thought leadership and contributions to creativity, innovation and vision are exemplified throughout their practice in the FocalPoint community and their clients.
